BATMAN VS SUPERMAN

 

IS it a bad movie? 

No. 

Is it a terrible film? 

No. 

Would it work if name was changed? 

Kinda. 

What is wrong with it? 

Let me explain. 

 

First off let me delve into the nitty gritty of it all. 

BATMAN is not a murderer. He doesn't kill in the normal lore of his comic book super heroness. But here he kills around 20 some odd people give or take a couple. That was oddly disturbing for me but wasn't bad ... actually for me that gave me a kind of freshness to him. Death and destruction. He also used a lot of guns in the movie. Like submachine guns. Yeah... batman using automatic weapons. It was so strange but again I could cope. 

 

SUPERMAN seemed dark and scary and it was very refreshing also. It really made me go OHHH cool from scene to scene. 

 

Where I was lost is when the entire set up was the big show down between the two and it really seemed like it was intimate but lacked at the same time. Now that doesnt mean it wasn't cool to watch it was... just at the same time it was almost forgetable. 

 

AMAZING SCENE - BATMAN kicking ass to save SUPERMAN'S mom. That was down right amazing. 

 

DOOMSDAY was a fun mix and I like the fact that he put wonder woman in her place. SHE had such a snarky attitude it is good she was put down a peg. 

 

Over all it wasn't bad. It was a fun movie and it was something I enjoyed seeing in the theater.
