So this at first claimed to be real. But after looking at the video and reading the caption

(THIS IS A HORROR SHORT LIKE THE RING THAT IS SCARY FOR YOUNG VIEWERS)

I instantly got really sad. And I watched it anyways... realizing it is not scary and its just a highschooler making a video. And I dont know their limitation on the word HOT but I wouldnt use it in this case.
