There are many ghost sightings, and very few are actually reported.
Most are afraid to report a sighting in the fear that others won't believe or think them crazy.
In Terlingua, Texas- "I have seen weird sightings on my visit. Me and my boyfriend were celebrating our 3 month anniversary. We were lucky until that night when we went to bed. I woke up and saw a figure of a woman in a white dirty gown. I was so scared I sat their mumbling words. My boyfriend heard glass being thrown in the kitchen, so he woke. He then went downstairs and saw it and saw me. We then started packing immediately. So me and my beloved just went to a hotel in Austin, TX. The sightings of a female ghost that I thought wasn't true was actually formed in front of my eyes."
In Anson, Texas- "I used to live in Hawley, I went with a friend to Anson. The crazy thing was we first went on this dirt road and heard a story. We flashed our car light 3 times and saw a light in the distance, she gunned the car and we were pushing 55 within seconds.The closer we got the faster the light faded away, and it was an isolated dirt road. The second episode was when we got to the cemetery; I heard a lot of banging and thumping and the closer I got to a tomb it stopped, when I walked back it started up again."

In Pleasanton, Texas- "I bought my house hear in Pleasanton 14 years ago. At that time my wife did not believe in ghost, but she does now. After living in the house for a week the ghost appeared to my 6-year-old daughter who was at the time walking across the hall. My daughter ran to her mother, and told her there was a lady in her brother's bedroom folding clothes. My wife went there but no ghost, only folded clothes.Some time later me and the family were looking at old photos, and all at once my daughter screamed out ''daddy, that is the lady I saw in bubba's room. '' The freaky part is the lady she picked out was my aunt. She was the previous owner who had passed 10 years before. A week or two later meand my wife were asleep. When we both woke at the same time we saw my aunt standing at the end of the bed in a blue dress just staring at us. Then she walked (floated) to the back door of our bedroom. She turned, stared, and disappeared.After 14 years my wife, children, and I can tell you millions of ghost sighting in our house -- some good some bad. In Midlothian, Texas- "Our team was invited to Taymans Graveyard haunted attraction. Well, is it really haunted? Let me begin by saying thank you to Russ and his staff for having us out for 5 hours. Some of the staff went along with us as we conducted our investigation. The night began for myself and our mediums in the main house with all the lights on where one of our mediums picked up on a name. Later, myself and a new member to our team plus a few staff of the attraction walked the main house in total darkness.That is when I was pulled from behind. All of us did walk the Clown House together where another name was picked up on by one of our mediums. Later in the night, we walked the Haunted Mineattraction but did not pick up anything there. Very calm feeling in there. Inside the Clown House was placed one of our video cameras. It was in there where a shadow figure was caught on camera and a partial apparition was also caught on still pictures. A few orbs were caught on still pictures as well.Overall a great investigation. Now, back to the question. Is Taymans Graveyard haunted attraction really haunted? The answer to that is... Yes it is. There is nothing there that will harm you, and if you ask Russ or any member of his staff, they will tell you the true history of the property. Taymans Graveyard is located off of Taymans Road."
In Gatesville, Texas- "I was seven years old when I heard a tapping on the window. Now the scary part is that I lived about one and a half miles from the prison. I was home alone. I did the stupid thing and opened the door. I saw a man tapping on my window, but my window was 10 feet above the ground, and the man was just leaning on it. Now when my mom got home. I explained to her what the man looked like, and then she showed me a picture of the same man. It was my uncle that had died two years ago."
